This report has been prepared by the ThreatMon Cyber Threat Intelligence(CTI) Analyst Team to analyze the recent escalation in cyber conflicts between India and Pakistan. The scale and complexity of these conflicts have significantly increased in recent months.
The research is based on Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) and Human Intelligence (HUMINT) data gathered from Telegram channels, underground forums, dark web leaks, and social media activities attributed to hacktivist and cybercrime groups. All data was collected through passive observation without direct interaction with threat actors.
The purpose of this report is to map the motivations, capabilities, and impacts of threat groups in the context of the evolving cyber dimension of geopolitical tensions. Additionally, it provides sectoral statistics and insights into the effects of these conflicts on public, private sector, and government
institutions.
