Iranian and Israeli underground hacking forums, dark web marketplaces, and social media platforms. No direct contact was made with any threat actors during the intelligence-gathering process.
The primary objective of this report is to provide a comprehensive overview of the motivations, capabilities, and operational patterns of cyber threat groups aligned with both nations. Furthermore, it aims to assess the strategic impact of ongoing cyber operations on national security, public morale, and critical infrastructure across both government and private sectors
